Honeymoon Murder: A new development came upfront in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, where the long-lost evidence of Sonam’s bag containing cash and Raja's gold jewellery was found burnt on a vacant plot.
The charred bag was found in a plot in Indore, with the joint efforts of Shillong Police and Indore crime branch, and forensic experts.
The bag was burnt by a property dealer called Silom James, who admitted to lighting the evidence with the bag. The bag was left behind by Sonam as she fled to Ghazipur, and James used the duplicate key to access the cash and gold in the bag and burn the remains as per his claims.
