Weather Update: Monsoon is expected to arrive in Delhi on 24th June, after its strong arrival in several Indian states. Heavy rain is expected in Chandigarh, parts of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, western Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu over the next two days.
The India Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for very heavy rain in Bihar with a warning for lightning over the next five days.
Heavy rain is also expected in parts of Uttarakhand, with cloudy skies and intense showers expected in areas like Dehradun.
