Celebrity Fitness: Aditya Roy Kapur, recognised for his striking appearance and well-groomed physique, takes a disciplined and planned approach to nutrition and training.  To prevent being hungry, he starts his day with a glass of water and a light snack before drinking his morning coffee.  His diet is normally divided into six short meals per day, with breakfast consisting of rolled oats, eggs, fruit, and almonds.  Lunch usually consists of homemade chicken curry or veggies, brown rice or chapati, salad, and Greek yoghurt.  Evening snacks include almond milk, berry smoothies, deviled eggs with avocado, and boiled eggs.  Dinner consists of red meat (chicken, mutton, or fish) served with salad and grilled veggies. During filming, he follows a rigorous 1500-1900 calorie diet that is high in protein and low in fat. He credits his fitness to a combination of good eating, enough sleep, and a consistent routine.

Aditya maintains his physical shape by working out for 90 minutes to two hours every day, often after filming hours. His routine consists of strength training, hypertrophy, callisthenics, high-intensity conditioning, cardio, flexibility exercises, and balancing and movement activities. For action parts, such as in OM: The Battle Within, he received specialised instruction in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and other action sports. Aditya emphasises the significance of mental well-being in addition to physical fitness, recommending relaxing techniques, meditation, and 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night. He thinks that overall well-being is achieved through a holistic approach that supports both the body and the mind.
